The Journey

Thursday, June 19th, 2008
KRCI is a journey.
I joined it at the time when all was falling apart after 5 years of operation. Nonetheless, I joined it still because I knew the trials faced by KRCI was temporary. Failure was not its destiny and how long we stayed in KRCI has reflected our dedication and “eventually” our faith to God. Its always a comfort to know that God is our partner.
KRCI is a place of testing.
The circumstances revealed the quality of our character. The problems in operations and and how we reacted to the circumstances showed part of what we were made of. It refined our character after going through the fire of the circumstances. This testing reinforced what He has started in us thats why we are now reaping what we have sown.
KRCI is a place of learning.
We miss our lessons when we have the wrong focus. Board governance and operational  hitches has taught us to take responsibility and to be good stewards of  the blessings entrusted to us. The past years of operations has taught us to refocus on the organization’s direction. We’re now on the right track.
KRCI is a place of training.
I know God is training us. In KRCI He trains us to have the right priorities and to become prudent.  In KRCI He trains us to handle prosperity in the proper perspective and to face the problems with the right power – His power.
KRCI is a place of exercising our trust in God.
I believe His presence in KRCI will guide us. His provision will sustain us and His power will protect us.
Congratulations to my fellow Board of Trustees!!!!
